1. Account Creation

2. Service Modifications and Termination

If you violate these Terms, applicable law, or our platform usage rules, we may take measures appropriate to the violation, including issuing a warning, restricting features, suspending your account, or terminating your account and access to related services. For suspected fraud, unauthorized access, malicious attacks, serious security risks, or where required by law, we may suspend or terminate the services immediately without prior notice. After your account or services are suspended or terminated, you must stop using the affected services; refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. Usage Limitations

Some service features may be subject to usage limitations, especially free features. Purchased report allowances and one-time AI credits are consumed only when the corresponding paid service is used. Any unused purchased report allowances and one-time AI credits do not expire solely because time passes.

1. One-Time Purchases

All paid plans currently offered on Destiny Matrix are one-time purchases. They do not create a subscription and do not renew automatically. The features, report allowances, AI credits, price, and currency included in each purchase are shown before checkout.

Unused purchased report allowances and one-time AI credits do not expire. We may change the pricing or contents of future offers, but such changes do not convert a completed one-time purchase into a subscription or reduce unused allowances or credits already added to your account.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by the third-party payment method made available to you during checkout. We do not directly store complete payment card details. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the selected processor to charge the displayed one-time purchase amount.

3. Refunds

A completely unused order may be eligible for a refund when requested within 14 days of purchase. An order is no longer completely unused after a paid report has been generated or any one-time AI credits or other purchased benefits have been used. Additional eligibility rules and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

1. Our Content

All content on Destiny Matrix, including but not limited to code, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, images, and software, is owned by us or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Your Content

For content you upload, submit, store, or post on our services, you retain all rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content, but only for the purpose of providing services to you.

3. Feedback

For any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

2. Reflective Guidance

Destiny Matrix charts, reports, and AI explanations are provided for informational and reflective purposes. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

3. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate third-party functionality. We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, products, or services.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you andDestiny Matrix regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Modified Terms will be effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
